HARD APPLE CIDER WITH Hops and HONEY
A blend of dessert varietal apples fermented with saison yeast. Dry hopped with loral hops, can/keg conditioned with raw honey and champagne yeast. Hoppy and bone dry!
Nose: It’s the danky dank...but don’t worry mom, it’s not the devil’s lettuce. Lemon and lime play nicely with those floral hippity-hops!
Palate: Let this little guy warm up a tad and you’ll be treated to flavors of clove, banana, and spices. The fruity saison and hops complement the dry cider that we all know and love.
