HARD APPLE CIDER WITH HONEY
A blend of dessert varietal apples fermented dry with wine yeast. Can/keg conditioned with raw honey and champagne yeast. Bone dry!
Nose: The first sniff transports you back to childhood: drinking sparkling apple juice out of a wine glass to feel grown up. It tickled your nose, and so will Mama’s Boy...But on a purely adult level.
Palate: Remember those hard green apple candies? Despite the reminiscent flavor, we didn’t actually add those to Mama’s Boy. Savor the tart green apple, which goes down smooth thanks to local honey. Taste the love from the bees who’ve lent a spiced honeycomb, yet surprisingly dry finish.
